Delete your Kapunka account and data.

The fastest option is inside Kapunka. You can start automatic account deletion and erase data stored locally on your device without contacting support.

Delete automatically inside the app

Open Kapunka and go to Settings → Backup & Data → Danger zone.

1

Delete account and server data

Choose “Delete my account.” Kapunka schedules the account and associated server data for permanent deletion. A 48-hour recovery window begins immediately; if you do not restore the account, deletion completes automatically when that window ends.

2

Delete local data

Choose “Delete my data.” After you confirm the in-app safety steps, Kapunka permanently erases its local trip data, settings, photos, videos, and other Kapunka files from that device.

Request deletion from the website

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your Kapunka account. Include that account email in your message so we can verify the request. Never send a password, card number, or banking credentials.

Email privacy@kapunka.app

Maximum processing time: 30 calendar days

We complete verified email deletion requests as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days. If law requires us to retain limited records for longer, we will explain what must be kept and why.

Data outside Kapunka

Website requests delete the Kapunka account and associated data held on Kapunka-operated services. Data stored only on your device cannot be erased remotely; use “Delete my data” in the app or remove the app. Google Drive backups stay in your Google account until you delete them from Google Drive.
